At MundoConan Music we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Data we collect

When you register we collect your username, email address, and encrypted password. We also record your play history, favorites, comments, and playlists associated with your account. Sessions are managed securely using httpOnly cookies.

Use of data

We use your data exclusively to provide the platform's functionality: personalizing your experience, saving your preferences, and letting you interact with the community. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Cookies and local storage

We use session cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to function. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser also stores preferences such as volume, accent color or the play queue so they aren't lost when you reload.

Podcast: recorded voices

Podcast episodes are recorded in a public voice channel of the community Discord, with a notice in the channel description and at the start of every recording. We publish the audio of the people who speak and an analysis of when each voice talks (without names). People who only listen don't appear anywhere.

By default everyone appears as “Voice 1”, “Voice 2”…, with no name, picture or stats. We only show your name, avatar, a link to your profile or stats about how much you talk if you explicitly agree. Your Discord ID is never published.

You can ask at any time to be shown anonymously or to have your voice removed: we'll remix the episode without your track and delete your data from it. Request it

Your rights

You can request the deletion of your account and all your data at any time by contacting the administration team. Contact us
